Who we are
tuttoready is a free web service that generates packing lists from your trip answers. The data controller is Jacopo Rufini, reachable at dovetisposisupport@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
We use data only to run the service:
- Trip answers and lists (no account needed): the answers you give, the generated list, custom items and check-off progress are stored on our server so the list can be reopened from any device through its link. They are not linked to your identity.
- Account data (only if you log in): if you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier, used solely to create and keep your session.
- Technical data: we keep aggregate request metrics (counts and timings, no personal data) and infer your approximate country from your IP address once, only to suggest a language. The weather and currency providers receive the city or coordinates you choose, never your identity.
Cookies and local storage
- tuttoready_session: essential cookie set only when you log in, valid 30 days; without it the login cannot work.
- Google Analytics: we use it to understand aggregate usage of the service; it is loaded only if you accept cookies in the banner and it sets its own cookies. You can change your mind anytime via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, through Google’s ads settings or by blocking third-party scripts.
- localStorage: language, cached options and list progress stored in your browser; you can clear them anytime from your browser settings.
Third parties
We only share data with the providers needed to run the service: Google (login and analytics), Open-Meteo (weather, receives the location), the exchange rate service (receives the currency only) and ipwho.is (country from IP, to suggest the language). We do not sell data and we do not show advertising.
How long we keep data
Lists stay while the service is active or until you ask for their deletion; sessions expire after 30 days; Google Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request at any time access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent: write to dovetisposisupport@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Italy) or with your local authority.
Minors
The trip form can be used by anyone, but accounts require Google sign-in and follow Google’s age rules. We do not knowingly collect account data from children: write to us and we will delete it.
